The Wilmington Riverwalk has been voted as the 2nd best riverwalk in America. In January, Wilmington was put on a list of 20 riverwalks to determine the best 10 in the country. USA Today 10Best editors partnered with a panel of urban planning experts to nominate the 20 riverwalks. Voters had about a month to cast their vote for their favorite.
