Shannon Leas,  a lifelong Wilmingtonian who knows the area and what makes it such a special place to live. Shannon has proven herself over the years to be an asset to several Wilmington families.  From helping them find their homes, to designing “their vision” and bringing to life what ultimately brings them peace and joy.  Shannon has been involved in all aspects of home design & real estate for well over two decades. After attending Appalachian State University, Shannon found herself in Culinary School which led her to working as a chef at North Carolinas only Relais & Château, The Fearrington House.   Driven by a desire for personal growth and progression, she quickly parlayed her creativity into curating coastal spaces.  With her attention to detail and a lifelong knowledge of the area, she quickly established herself as a designer.  Her demand in the area quickly evolved by word of mouth and she has helped to create countless beautiful and functional spaces for her Wilmington clientele. Treasuring her client/designer relationship has not only influenced her project-based expertise but has also allowed Shannon to hone a true need to incorporate real estate into her portfolio. Shannon's approach of providing her real estate clients with a natural extension of her design capabilities is both invaluable and unmatched.  The passion and love she puts into every experience helping her clients to create,  visualize, and build their home is what drives her.
